Super Relaxation Massage

“The ancient Ayurvedic medicine defines six stages of dis-ease. Often Western medicine does not diagnose disease until health problems reach the fifth stage. Therefore balancing the body sooner is more efficient.”

-Judith Sullivan, Bodyworker & Author

Relaxation massage works to soothe the nervous system, enhance body consciousness, regulate blood pressure, and reduce anxiety. This tranquil state enables the body's systems to function harmoniously, promoting overall wellness.

Relaxation Massage is also effective in managing autoimmune disorders, treating repetitive use injuries and postural distortions, and mitigating pain from soft tissue injuries.

Regular massages are akin to routine car maintenance – they allow us to detect and rectify imbalances before they escalate into disease. Our current medical system often responds to illnesses when they have already impacted the body and daily life. However, massage serves as a powerful preventive measure, especially considering the strong correlation between stress and chronic diseases.

Through my studies, I have acquired the skills to gently stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system using repetitive, long, gentle strokes. This method signals to your body that it is safe to relax and enter a state of deep healing. Coupled with gentle release techniques and Zero Balancing™, a relaxation massage session can truly transform both your mental and physical state.
